1. Who we are. This website (www.andrewacademy.club) is operated by Andrew Academy, Goethestraße 58, 50968 Köln, Germany ("we", "our", "us"). You can reach us at support@andrewacademy.club.

2. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Service description. Andrew Academy provides a paid subscription that gives you access to a private library of original educational materials about growing and monetizing accounts on social media, primarily TikTok — step-by-step lessons, checklists, case studies and templates, with new materials added regularly. All materials are original content created by Andrew Academy. Access is provided online through your member account for as long as your subscription remains active. This is an educational service; it is not a one-time purchase and no content is sold on a download-to-own or perpetual basis.

4. Eligibility & accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You access the service by logging in with your email address (via a secure login link). You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity in your account. Sharing, reselling or transferring your access to anyone else is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions, billing & automatic renewal. Subscriptions are offered on monthly or yearly plans (several tiers). All prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. For yearly plans we send a reminder email before each renewal. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, online, in one click — the same way you signed up: log in → Account → Cancel subscription, or open the Stripe billing portal via Manage subscription. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then. After your subscription ends, access to members-only materials stops.

7. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

8. Promotions. From time to time we may offer promotional or introductory prices. Any promotional price becomes the recurring price for that plan for the stated period; the specific terms are shown together with the offer. We do not display former prices that were not actually charged.

9. Intellectual property & licence. All course materials, text, video, graphics and the website itself are the property of Andrew Academy and are protected by copyright. While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download for redistribution, share, resell or publicly distribute the materials or your account access.

10. Educational disclaimer — no income guarantee. Our materials are educational. Any earnings, follower counts, results or examples shown on our website or in the materials are illustrations of individual results and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your own effort, niche, market conditions and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

11. Third-party services. Payment is handled by Stripe. Our site uses Ghost (hosting/membership), Microsoft Clarity (analytics) and tawk.to (live chat). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms; see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

12. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

13. Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (for example, by sharing access or copying materials). Where we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

14. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance and update the "Last updated" date; your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Cologne (Köln), Germany, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere; those mandatory rights are not affected by this clause.
